Compliance overview
Ody Health is designed to support access to independent licensed clinicians, appropriate lab testing, pharmacy fulfillment where prescribed, and clear consumer disclosures. Ody Health operates as a technology and administrative platform. We do not practice medicine, prescribe medication, dispense medication, compound medication, operate a pharmacy, or ship medication.
Our compliance approach focuses on clear role separation, provider independence, prescription integrity, privacy and security safeguards, transparent subscription practices, and responsible communications about wellness, longevity, lab testing, and compounded medications.
Provider independence
Medical services available through Ody Health are provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with Ola Digital Health or similar provider networks. Providers are responsible for exercising independent clinical judgment and determining whether any consultation, lab test, prescription, protocol, or treatment is medically appropriate.
Ody Health does not direct or control clinical decisions and does not guarantee that any user will receive a prescription, medication, lab order, diagnosis, treatment plan, or particular result. For full details about how clinical care is delivered through Ola Digital Health, see the Clinical Practice Standards Policy at odyhealth.co/clinical-standards.
Telehealth availability
Telehealth services are subject to provider availability, state licensure, clinical eligibility, and applicable law. Providers may determine that telehealth is not appropriate and may recommend in-person care, emergency care, specialist evaluation, or no treatment.
Ody Health is available to adults in the United States who are at least 18 years old. For full details about service availability by state and clinical eligibility standards, see the Patient Services Availability Policy at odyhealth.co/availability and the Clinical Practice Standards Policy at odyhealth.co/clinical-standards.
Prescription policy
Prescriptions are issued only when an independent licensed provider determines, in the provider’s clinical judgment, that a prescription is appropriate. Completing an intake form, purchasing a subscription, or requesting a protocol does not guarantee a prescription.
Users must provide accurate and complete medical information. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of services, cancellation of orders, account termination, provider notification, or other appropriate action.
Compounded medications
Some protocols may involve compounded medications if prescribed by an independent licensed provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality in the same manner as FDA-approved medications.
Ody Health does not compound, manufacture, possess, dispense, or ship medications. Pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and shipping medications directly to users when prescriptions are issued, accepted, and fulfilled. Medication availability, formulation, concentration, packaging, instructions, and shipping timing may vary.
Pharmacy fulfillment
Pharmacy services are provided by independent licensed pharmacies. Pharmacies are responsible for reviewing prescriptions, determining whether prescriptions can be lawfully and appropriately filled, preparing medications where applicable, providing pharmacy labeling and instructions, and shipping medications directly to users. Ody Health does not control pharmacy decisions, dispensing standards, shipping carrier performance, or medication availability.
For full details about how prescriptions are validated, transmitted, and fulfilled, see the Prescription Validation and Handling Policy at odyhealth.co/prescription-handling and the Clinical Practice Standards Policy at odyhealth.co/clinical-standards.
Lab testing
Laboratory testing may be ordered only where determined appropriate by an independent licensed provider. Lab results are interpreted and acted upon by licensed providers, not by Ody Health. Ody Health may display lab results within the platform for the patient’s reference but does not interpret results or make clinical decisions based on them.
For full details about how lab testing is ordered, conducted, and used in clinical decision-making, see the Clinical Practice Standards Policy at odyhealth.co/clinical-standards.
Identity, eligibility, and safety
Ody Health may require identity verification, accurate contact information, accurate shipping information, payment verification, and complete medical intake responses. We may suspend or deny access if information cannot be verified, if misuse is suspected, or if continued service may create legal, safety, fraud, or compliance concerns.
Users may not obtain medication for another person, transfer medication to another person, resell medication, or use Ody Health for any unlawful or unsafe purpose. For full details about clinical eligibility standards and how providers determine eligibility, see the Clinical Practice Standards Policy at odyhealth.co/clinical-standards.
Privacy and security
Ody Health uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and health information, including field-level encryption, access controls, secure hosting, audit logging, and vendor review. Some health information may be subject to HIPAA when handled by or on behalf of HIPAA-regulated providers or other covered entities.

Payment and subscription transparency
Ody Health discloses subscription pricing and renewal terms before purchase. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Users may cancel through account settings if available or by contacting info@odyhealth.co.
Subscription fees may be separate from provider fees, lab fees, medication costs, pharmacy charges, shipping fees, or other third-party fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

Patient complaints and safety concerns
Ody Health maintains a comprehensive Complaint Resolution and Patient Safety Policy that describes how we receive, triage, and escalate patient complaints, adverse events, side effects, clinical safety concerns, and service issues.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately. If you experience side effects, unexpected symptoms, concerns related to a medication or protocol, quality of care concerns, or service issues, you may report these concerns to Ody Health via email at info@odyhealth.co, by mail, or through the application support feature. For full details about how we handle complaints and patient safety, please review the Complaint Resolution and Patient Safety Policy at odyhealth.co/complaints.
Clinical investigations, regulatory reporting, and clinical decision-making are the responsibility of the independent licensed providers, pharmacies, and laboratories involved in your care. Ody Health facilitates communication of safety concerns to these providers so they can investigate and respond appropriately.
Access and nondiscrimination
Ody Health is committed to providing a respectful platform experience. We do not intend to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other protected status. Clinical eligibility decisions are made by independent licensed providers based on medical judgment and applicable law.
